The app will continue to work on devices using these operating systems that already have the app installed however, Duo will not be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise and newer features may not function properly.

Important Information for Apple and Android Smartphone Usersĭuo Security has ended support for the Duo Mobile app for iOS 11 and Android 7 or older operating systems, and devices running these or an older OS are not able to install Duo Mobile from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
